We've given the Media Manager a facelift, in the style of our recent File Manager redesign. Click for more information.
We've kept the same basic layout, but made it nicer-looking, faster and easier.
- The left side was simplified into a basic list, rather than an expanding/contracting section.
- The buttons for the video/audio/document were moved to above the video itself.
- Clicking on an item in the list on the left will automatically start playing it now.
- A download button was added so your users can download your audio/video.
- The front-end player software was upgraded, and should be faster.
- The redesign's other purpose was to pave the way for more features. Planned soon: a tree view for nested folders of media within a library, controlling the order of clips, automatically pausing background music when playing media, and more!
